Amazing Deal (“Company”) understands the importance of online privacy. The
following Policy outlines how we do business, what information we collect and
how, under what circumstances the information is shared with third parties, and
your options to control what communications you receive from us and from our

WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED?
The Company gathers two types of information. The first type of information is
the Personally Identifiable Information ("Personal Information") that you
expressly provide when you enroll via the online registration forms on our
website. This Personal Information includes but is not limited to your name,
mailing address, email address, date of birth, gender and telephone.
In addition to the Personal Information you provide to the Company, We will also
collect certain information online and offline arising from the type of offers
you have responded to and completed.
HOW DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION?

Cookies and Web Beacons
A cookie is a small text file stored on a user’s computer for record-keeping

Clear Gif's (Web Beacons/Web Bugs)
The Company may also use a software technology called clear gif's (Web Beacons
or Web Bugs), that help us determine what content on our site is most effective.
Clear gif's are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to
cookies, and are used to track the online movements of Web users. We do not tie
the information gathered by clear gif's to our customers’ personally
identifiable information.
We also use clear gif's in our HTML-based emails so that we know which emails
have been opened. We use this information to monitor the effectiveness of our
email campaigns and to validate our results to our marketing partners.
Site Membership or Registration
To the extent registration is required to receive email and possibly postal
communications from the Company, this Privacy Policy also applies to consumers
that have agreed to receive e-mail marketing from the Company, whether at our
Website, via email, on Third Party websites or otherwise. We collect information
in certain portions of our Website, where guests provide content submissions and
suggestions or participate in interactive online activities. The personal
profile information you submit to the Company remains your property, but by
submitting that information to the Company, you grant the Company, the right to

"Subscription" occurs when an end-user registers for the Company's services,
either via registration at our website, via co-registration at a marketing
partner's website, or via a permission pass / opt-out / no-opt mailing the
Company collects personally identifiable information about our subscribers,
based on: information gathered at the time of registration, subscriber
interaction and response to subsequent electronic mailings and website use,
information provided by marketing partners, and information appended from data
aggregators. Information collected may include, but is not necessarily limited
to: name, email address, postal address, gender, birth date, telephone number,
activity, interests, user behavior and other demographic information. This
information enables us to better tailor our content to subscribers' needs and to

Third Party List Information
The Company collects information from individuals when an individual provides
information to a Third Party and the Company subsequently purchases, licenses,
or otherwise acquires the information from the Third Party (the "Seller"). Such
purchased information may include, but is not limited to, an individual's name,
email address, street address, zip code, telephone numbers (including cell phone
numbers and carriers), birth date, gender, salary range, education and marital
status, occupation, industry of employment, personal and online interests, and
such other information as the individual may have provided to the Seller
(together, "Third Party List Information"). When acquiring Third Party List
Information, the Company seeks assurances from the Seller that the Seller has a
right to transfer the Third Party List Information to the Company and that the
Seller has a right to provide offers from Advertisers to the individuals whose
personal information is included on the Seller's list.
Feedback and Inquiries
Users may contact the Company with any feedback, questions or comments. The
Company uses contact information only to respond to the feedback.
Log Files
Log files are used to track and monitor subscriber usage.
Outside Information
The Company may receive information about individuals from Third Parties or from
other sources of information outside of the Company including information
located in public databases ("Outside Information").

Please note that suppressed contact information will not be used for any other
purpose other than to ensure compliance with your opt-out request, in response
to inquiries by law enforcement and to comply with any other applicable state
and/or federal laws regarding your choices for commercial email marketing, such
as the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act of
2003 (CAN-SPAM).
HOW DO WE PROTECT PERSONAL INFORMATION?
The Company endeavors at all times to meet and exceed standards of online
privacy protection. When you submit information, your information is protected
both on-line and off-line in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and
